Welcome to Upstatiq AI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enterprise License

Upstatiq AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform. This is a subscription-based service, not a sale of software.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise accounts, we guarantee 99.9% uptime. Credits are applied for any downtime exceeding this threshold, as defined in your Master Services Agreement (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload.

Our Tech: Upstatiq AI retains all rights to the underlying platform, algorithms, and pre-trained generalized models.
