• Operational Data: Machine logs, ERP exports, and sensor feeds processed by our platform remain your property. We process this data solely to provide analytics.
• Usage Metrics: We collect anonymized telemetry to improve system performance (e.g., API latency, model inference times).

2. The "Glass Box" Guarantee

Unlike consumer AI tools, we do not use your proprietary data to train foundational models that are shared with other customers. Your custom models are siloed and containerized within your specific tenant.

We utilize enterprise-grade cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) for infrastructure. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards.
